Unfortunately, the business was never there. So it seems fraudulent!
I tried to search the internet for the names of the editors of these "conference proceedings" published by Darcy and Roy (https://drpress.org/ojs/index.php/HBEM/issue/archive). Most of these "volumes" have exactly two editors: one with international/English sounding name and one with Asian/Chinese sounding name. I found several names which only give a handful of hits in Google and some of these are apparently only exist in connection to these fake conferences or they are existing only as TikTok users or historical persons: like "Darnell Masefield" and "Hiram Bloor" "Gwendolyn Gree" "Eleanore Gallup".

Check their Oregon business filings. According to those, this company experienced an "Administrative Dissolution" on January 29, 2026. You're welcome.
